How to back up over internet?

I have a WD Mycloud and have been able to do backups while on my local network.  Is there a way I can do this when I am on a different network, say from my office?

you can use wd2go.com to map a drive then copy to it

Note though there’s a 4gb per file limit via drives mapped from wd2go.com due WebDav limitations…
