How to add a single user

I cannot find out how to add a single user, the manual says to go to Admin and there is a link to the left hand side, there is only a link to add multiple users and not a single one. Can anyone help me. I bought this PR4100 last August 2020 and it is now March 2021 and I cannot set it up correctly.

Hi there! Which version of the firmware are you running? You should see it on the homepage of the web-app. On my PR4100 (firmware 5.11.112), in the “Users” tab, there is both a button and a link to add single users. See screenshot below:
