How to access settings of My Cloud EX2

Hi,

I’m trying to access the settings of the MyCloud EX2. I’ve typed the IP address into google but comes up as “This site can’t be reached”. I’ve also tried clicking on the storage MyCloudEX2Ultra in the Network tab of explorer, but same problem. How do I access my settings?

Figured it out! Just had to reboot my NAS. Not sure how to delete post.
