I had to reinstall windows on my computer, Now my books is asking to format drive, I can not lose all these documents please help

You could use Partition Assistant to copy all of your data to another disk, back up your data before you format it, this operation is safe and easy to control.

there is only one solution. Remember in future just dun buy WD again and you wont lose your importance data again
