How many users accounts should I create?

I am really looking for the most efficient way to set up users accounts. Do I create a user account for each device I want to sync or backup? Or, do I just create 2 users for the devices below?
User 1 - has a laptop and an iPhone
User 2 - has a laptop, desktop, iPhone and an iPad mini.

One can use the same Dashboard created User account on multiple mobile devices and or computers to access the My Cloud.

If you haven’t already done so you may want to take some time to read through the My Cloud User Manual (http://support.wdc.com/product.aspx?ID=904) or the Dashboard Help to learn more about the User setting and the various other settings/options of the My Cloud.
