How i can get Backup

i have install my cloud in my Canada office where all my data is store. i give online access to all my clients through their emails. i want to get the backup of this data on my device which i installed in Pakistan. how i can get the backup.

Can you please share the model number of your drive? if is the single drive My Cloud, you might not be able to do a remote backup.
