I’ve escalated an open ticket and a small window with the title “co-browse” opens, that contains only a “Secure Session ID” 6-digit number. There is no caption in that box, apart from a powered by Oracle image:
What happens next? I expected that there would be some text box informing me that someone will be texting me soon or something. Any idea?
