How do you remove a port forwarding setting

I have a 750 and set up port forwarding for an address 192.168.1.222  and port 25105. It works just fine, but I think it may be being accessed or my Insteon hub is behaving erraticly. Lights going on and off, garage door opening by itself.

I changed the address of the hub and am now monitoring and just using the hub locally with my Android over wifi…

Anyway, I see the setup, enable and save option, but how do I remove an port forward setting?
