How do you prevent users from deleting files?
I hope in the next update, WD adds a lock feature so we can lock out the ability to delete files.
The problem is, in order to use the Media Library feature, you have to enable write access to the drives. However, if you have kids in your house hold, it’s too easy for them to accidently delete an entire folder of videos!
This is such a huge over sight by WD, I hope they can rectify it.
You are in the wrong forum. THIS Live doesn’t have a media library for network.
