How do you get Red drive to work in a My Book?

hi I wanted to upgrade my 5TB blue drive to a 6TB Red drive… it sees it kinda in windows to initilizae but she wont work… so I intiliazed it using regular sata cables… and then re hooked to my book… still doesn’t work

its just the My Book… 5TB blue drive it has you guys sell i guess only for Bestbuy
