How do you backup the My Cloud Mirror?

Hi to all,

Do you have any suggest on how to backup the My Cloud Mirror to USB, other cloud solutions?

I’ve seen that there was Acronis True Image wd edition but now Acronis have updated to 2017 and seems no more supported.

Hello,

You can use the USB Backup option.

See page 71 of the user manual.

This will allow you to attached a USB drive to the USB port on the back of the Mirror to backup your data.

Yes, but it can’t be scheduled and it always failed changing group permissions
