How do i use wd community for better solutions
If you are having a problem, have you tried using the search icon in the search bar? See example image below.
If you want help from the community then post your question and provide good, detailed information about your problem. State what WD device you own and what OS system it is using along with the firmware number. The more info you provide the easier it is for someone to help you.

From my experience, the best way to get good answers here is to be specific. I usually include the exact product name, OS, and what I already tried. Searching first also helps, because many issues have been answered before. The clearer the question, the better the replies tend to be.
