How do I turn to WD and use the warranty service?

I have a Black HDD and it’s damaged.

After diagnostic test from WD site, the diagnostic test fails with an error: “Quick Test on drive 2 did not complete! Status code=07 (Failed read test element), Failure Checkpoint=97 (Unknown Test) SMART self-test did not complete on drive 2!”

The item has a warranty till 2016. I turned to the store where I purchased the hard drive, they told me the warranty has ended and that I should turn to you directly.

How do I turn to WD and use the warranty service?
