I just got a Lenovo computer upgraded to Windows 10. When I plugged in My Passport the comp-uter recognized it and the “My Backup” files, but when I clicked on the backup filed I was unable to open them. I how do I access tose files, and specifically how do I copy the files onto the new computer? Thank you.

in order for you to retrieve your files on the new computer, you will need to use the same software that you used to backup the files.
If it says My Backup, most likely, you did the backup with the windows backup application.
