How do I tell what OS I have

I keep getting a notice to update to OS5. In late November, I went to the dashboard, found the Upgrade to OS5 button, clicked on that and after the download got 80% o the way through it failed. Tried several times with the same result.

Today I went to the dashboard and I don’t even have the update to OS5 button.

I can find that I am on firmware 2.41.116, but how do I tell what OS I have?

Firmware 2.41.116 (or any firmware with either a 2.xx.xxx or 4.xx.xxx format) is OS/3.

Firmware with a 5.xx.xxx format would be OS/5.

If you really want to update firmware. . . (there are reasons for and against). . .then you could try the manual firmware update route. (search support for this. . .there are instructions)
