How Do I Stop My PR4100 From Going into Standby?

Hello,

I have a brand new PR4100 which I am trying to learn about. Problem is it keeps going into standby and it doesn’t wake up when I try to access it, so I end up powering down an restarting. I don’t think that’s a good long-term approach.

Better yet, how can I enable standby mode AND have it wake up when I access it?

Any advice? Thanks.

Hi,

You can disable the sleep timer option from the settings on the PR dashboard.
