How do I Restore an internal drive after Backing it up to a WD Easy Store Drive?

The Backup is running now.
When it is completed, I will disconnect the Easy Store from PC #1 and connect it to PC #2.
How do I initiate the Restore as the drive being restored is the Boot Drive?
There is nothing on it as it is a new WD Black 6TB.
