How Do I open the MYCloud drive using Windows 7

I have a Laptop that I still use. Tried to open the NAS MyCloud drive and it does not show up in the network.

So easy on the Mac.

When trying to open via Windows Media server to access Music.

Says Contacting the remote media Library, and the ball just keeps spinning, can not open it.

How do I do this.

Do you have SMB1 selected. The below link is for Windows 10 but should work for Windows 7 too.

If you know the address of your My Cloud and use Twonky add this, :9000 to the end of it.
