How do i get back my orignal files..?

HI,

I DONT KNO WHAT HAPPENED, ACCIDENTALLY SOME FILES DISAPEARED AND THEIR SHORTCUTS WERE CREATED, SO HOW CAN I GET BACK THE ORIGNAL FILES,

 PLUS THE  “WD Sync Data” FOLDER,  I CAN’T ACCESS MY PROTECTED FILES IN IT  ?

THEY ARE SHOWN IN THIS EXTENSION .dml.rmv

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO

It looks like the WD Sync application is not present in the drive. Can you check if you have this application in your external drive:

wdsynch.exe

 ** I just read your other post. Without the WD sync, the data will not be accessible.
