How do I get a refund?

I’m a Mac user and I’m very disappointed with Western Digital.

When I purchased my MyCloud Home, it worked as a Time Machine backup and also automatically mounted as an external hard disk in Finder.

NOW BOTH OF THESE FUNCTIONS DO NOT WORK WITH THE LATEST VERSION OF MAC OS.

Please could you tell me how I can obtain a refund, as the product no longer does what it was advertised to do.

The WD data sheet for MyCloud Home still states “works seamlessly with …Time Machine.” WELL IT DOESN’T.

Have you looked at the System Requirements for your device. Who performed the MAC OS update?
