How do I format my HDDs to fully remove all partitions?

Hi there,

I’m looking to take the WD Red Drives out of my Ex2Ultra and fully format the drives to remove all partitions.

Is the only way of doing this by connecting the drive to my laptop (a Macbook pro) - and if so, how would I do that?
