How do I find 'settings' on my SSD drive?

In order to send my query directly to WD I have to provide the serial I cant read it on the back of the SSD drive and I cant find settings on the Drive Can anyone help me Thank you in advance

Download and install the WD SSD Dashboard. You can use it to get the serial number of the SSD.
