How do I connect my 3tb directly to my Bell hub instead of the pc?

My computer recognises the drive but when I connect it direct to the hub I can’t find it. other small flash drives show up and work when connected on my network, why not the 3tb? Help solve this please.

Check with the manufacture of the bell hub to see if that device supports External powered hard drive.
