How do I backup my WD TV Live Hub to my WD MyCloud?

I have a 1TB hub and a 4TB cloud.  How can I back up the Hub to the Cloud?

You are able to copy files from your WD TV Live Hub HD Media Center into your WD My Cloud Personal Cloud by accessing the root disk of your WD TV Live Hub on your computer, and performing a regular file copy into your WD My Cloud unit. Both units would need to be available under the same local network.
