I a MyCloud home drive setup on my laptop. I’d like to add a second one to my home network, but neither the mobile device app, nor desktop app, nor MyCloud website is allowing me to do so.
…unless perhaps I use a different e-mail address and sign up for a new account!?
This is very 1.0 level functionality. Please someone point me in the right direction. How do I add a second drive to my computer, apps, etc.
See the dedicated subforums for the My Cloud Home. This subforum is generally for the single bay/single drive My Cloud which is a different device with different features and methods of configuration/management.
Also see the My Cloud Home Online User Guide which may have more information on how to change the device name.
For the single bay/single drive My Cloud devices one would give each My Cloud device a unique name through the My Cloud Dashboard.
