How can I use WD Acronis to initialize a drive as 2TB before cloning a smaller drive to it?

I could not find a category that fit!

I have a 1tb physical drive that I want to clone to a 3tb physical drive

I want the new drive to have one 2tb partition on it only.

Can I do this with WD Acronis?

If so how?

However, after creating a clone of a 1TB data on the 3TB drive, remaining 2TB storage will go to un-allocated and you won’t be able to use it if want to keep drive bootable.
