How can I use My Passport as just a HDD and not a backup drive?

I initially installed my passport as directed in the instructions, and now I just want to use it as a hdd… How can I do this as I can’t just drag and drop files into it as I would expect to with a HDD?

You should be able to drag and drop files on to the Passport as well as use SmartWare. Go to Explorer and double-click on the drive letter to open the Passport for copying and pasting files into it.
