I just purchased 2 Wd tv live boxes and 1 1tb passport. My plan was to move all video content to the external, however now that it is moved to the external the player will not access it unless I plug it inot the player directly. Will the second player be be able to view the files in the drive that are plugged into the first player? IS there a way to let both players find and access the external while it is plugged into a computer? Thanks
Yes… On the player that does NOT have the drive attached, you should be able to set the content source (under the video menu, via the Red button) to be the player that DOES have the drive attached.
