How can I get data off a My Book Live with Data Volume Failed to Mount Error

My MyBookLive would not reboot properly after a power outage and has the following error.

Firmware version: 02.43.10-048
Event title:Data volume failed to mount

Event description:The data volume on the drive is not accessible. Please
contact customer service.

Severity:crit

Event code:0004

Is there any way to get the dta off this drive? If i need a data to use a data extraction company what is a good one?
