How can I delete pictures in my WD-Elements portable Disk?

I have an external USB-3 WD-Elements Disk.
How can I delete Pictures and data on this Disk?
When I try in the usual way, I always get en error with 0x80070570
All other Disks in this system , intern or extern, work allright,
