How can i change files in read-only filesystem

Hi,
I want to change the file /usr/local/modules/twonky/resources/views/view-definitions.xml. But I get the error “cp: cannot create regular file `view-definitions.xml-save’: Read-only file system”. How can I change this file or how can I change the sort order of tracks for folder view in Twonky?
