How can I be sure about Raid?

Hi,

I have 4TB MyBook. I have setup a 2 TB Raid1 disk.

The WD Drive Manager says the Raid status is healthy…

On the desktop of my Mac, the icon has the label: 2 TB, 1,6 TB free

Ooops!

Do I need to do anything for the RAID disk? Is the image being transfered to other disk automatically?

Would you help me?

The data is copied to the other disk(s) automatically, that is the beauty of the RAID 1, you do not need to worry. Everything that you copy to the external drive, will be mirrored automatically in the other drive…
