How acn i use all drive space

I have mycloudex4 with 4 disks total 15.3 TB

My public drive is only 2.68 TB

how can I use all 15. TB ?

Do you have more than one volume setup on the device, what type of RAID are you using on the unit ?

I have no raid, I need all disks space.
How can I check volume setup ?

It seems you have a JBOD setup since each drive is listed as a separate volume, try to go to storage and then on storage you will see the raid option and there you can change the RAID volume, however you will have to backup the data you have on the drive because changing the RAID in most cases has to do with erasing the volumes to create another one.
