How about a help ticketing system THAT WORKS

Been trying to get verification of SMB support on Various WD NAS products.
I jumped through the hoops to file a help ticket, and the last week I keep getting automated emails asking me if I want to close the case. NO REPLIES TO THE CASE, that I can see ( I have never received one, and I didi NOT GET A LINK TO THE TICKET)

Anybody know how to get through to PRE_SALES SUPPORT? Or does this company just not give a ■■■■??

Well, its been 4 days now, and still no response from the “escalated support” that was promised.
This is supposed to be the INFORMATION AGE – why is it like PULLING TEETH just to get essential specification data on WD products?
