I would really like to host my games on my MyBookLive 2TB but im not sure on how to. Im trying to host a Garry’s Mod server but I have no idea on where to start.

You probably can, not with the WD’s support or on this forum.
MBL has Debian Linux, so if you are a Linux expert, you can probably do it. Or do anything Linux related for that matter.This forum might be better suitable for your request:
