I received a RMA HDD (certified drive) on 16 april 2026. This drive is not visible in BIOS. I want to raise another RMA request for this HDD, however my warranty transfer is not showing on website (as on 22 April 2026). I wrote an email to support - no help till now.
This is affecting my work.
