Horizontal bar : how to get it out of the way?

Hi people,

Now that the horizontal bar is providing the proper information (thanks to the solution provided in my previous post), it stays on all the time while viewing a movie. How can I get it out of the way in normal viewing ?

It so happens to be functinonning normally today. After that the unit was turned off overnight…

To make the bar disappear ,you must do same way you make it appear,

option , then info , and it will disappear.
