I have a 2tb My Book Live and for some strange reason, it does not interface with my network well. Many times my two Macbooks will not find it and when they do it takes several minutes to load anything. However, when I use the app on my phone’s 3g or a different wifi network to connect into my house it works much better. I recently assigned it a static ip to the MBL and it seems to work better from other networks, but I still have issues in my own network.
Any thoughts?
