Ich versuche von einem externen WLAN über files.mycloud.com auf meine Dateien zuzugreifen. Wenn ich das mit meinem Handy (Android) mache funktioniert alles prima.
Versuche ich aber mit meinem Laptop zuzugreifen, dann werden die Directories unvollständig und unsortiert angezeigt.
Sortieren ist als Funktion nicht angeboten. Ich kann nur hoch- oder runterladen. Diese Funktionalität ist mir aber sehr wichtig - gibt es Hilfe?

You might have better luck asking in the German language mycloud forum.
As for using the MyCloud software ecosystem from WD, you are at the mercy of the (lack of) features and (extreme abundance of) bugs that solution brings to the table. You might have better luck with a tunneled VPN and normal windows file shares.

Anyway, at least your answer tells me that I’m not a complete moron.
Can you point me to some instructions how to set up a tunneled VPN, though?
