I need the ftp adresse for my cloud 2tb. I can’t find it, please help me with this.

So now I have the FTP adresse but I cant copy the files with a personal backup says Error I dont know why

I start the backup to copy the files but says that ‘x’ Errors during backup (37,4 MB) 0 of ‘x’ files copied (0of 37,42 MB)

You need to look in your program logs to find the error and see what it is.

Just “X Errors during backup” does not help to diagnose.

It looks like your program is trying to write to a path that does not exist.
