I tried to install new windows operating system in acer laptop with 500Gb hgst hdd that i have erased every data to zero using minitool reformated hdd to mbr but am getting error message window cannot be installed to this disk. the disk may fail soon. if other hard disks are available , install windows to another location? WHAT CAN I DO TO THIS HGST HDD TO SOLVE THIS?
I had the same problem Hitachi malfunction and I replaced Hitachi Ultrastar by Samsung 850evo SSD
and HP laptop is working very fast
