suddenly, after working so good, when opening the WD sofware, the gauges are empty and stay empty and i can not perform backup
what might be the problem
Be sure to click on the external hard drive icon on the home tab, if that doesn’t work, you can try installing the latest smartware version. You can always access your backup by going to the smartware.swstor folder inside the external hard drive.
