I have a 3 tb WD Drive , 270 movies on it and 2TB left in space. The Western Digital Live player only displays 120 of them, if I go to setup then system and turn off media library I get them all back, but I lose the option to update movie info through the network,if I turn media Library back on I get my network Back but lose half my movie collection. It is almost as if the movie files are temporarily ghosted. Has anyone else had this problem and a Suggestion to fix this issue
Try to clear the media library thru the setup menus.
If that doesn’t work,
EJECT the drive from the WD.
Connect it to your PC and find the hidden .wd_tv folder in the root of the HD.
Delete the whole folder.
Reconnect to the WD and allow it to rebuild.
