Help with WD Elements backup files

I just plugged my Elements in and backed up everything but when I hit on open devices and printers and hit on elements and then browse files I get file history and I hit on that and something else comes up and it just continues. The problem I am having is I want to see what got backed up but I don’t know how to find that. Can you help me with that? Thank you
