the device is being recognized by my PC but i cant seem to access it at all. Can anyone help with this issue? Thanks!
I have the same problem . It worked properly but I tried to see if my TV can read it and by accident the TV made some of formatting to all the disk. The computer recognize that my passport is in but I can’t see it in my computer and don’t know how to download to my passport. I can see on tablet that it is empty from its original software and include 4 files drive 1 drive 2 drive 3 and drive 4 probably made by the TV. I can’t delete it or can’t format my passport.
It is WDBBEPOO1OBBK 1 TB USB 3.
How can I install back the original software if I can’t approach the disk.
where can I find the original software?
