Is the MyPassport Ultra 3.0 compatable with windows XP

My Passport Ultra’s System compatibility when it comes to Windows is the following:
• Windows 10
• Windows 8
• Windows 7
• Windows Vista

Your best chances of using it with a Windows XP computer will be if the OS is 64bit and uses the latest available Service Pack.
Are you having issues with a new drive? What’s its size? Have you tried it with a different computer (with a different OS), to see if it’s working properly?
