Help with enabling PLEX

Hi,
I have had my drive for a little over a year now and I still cannot enable the Plex system. Everytime I try via the front page “DO MORE” all I get is “enabling” for approx. 1 min then resets back to the same option to “enable”. The whole point of this purchase was to centerlise all my media, photos, movies etc. to then play on the various family devices. Now I feel like throwing it out of the window.
Can anyone please help?

Hi, it is connected direct to my router. All I get on the PLEX website or App is “my cloud home unavailable”. This is on every device I try, iPad, iPhone, laptop and smart tv.

I have gone through all of that and nothing helped.
