I bought my M Book Essential yesterday, set it up and backed up my computer successfully.
Today I reformatted my computer and then tried to reinstall it. After downloading the drivers from the WD website I finally got the computer to recognised the drive but I have lost the WD Smartware software, although if I doulbe click on it, it takes me to the folder where I can see everything that I backed up. How do I get the control centre software again, where I can I ask it to back up or put the files back?
