HELP, wd green 1tb cache_manger error, blue screen of dead. FIX?

after installing windows 8.1 64BIT and reinstalling my computer, i started getting the blue screen of dead cache_manger( ntoskrnl.exe ntoskrnl.exe+1cf21e fffff80328e85000 fffff803295ce000 0x00749000 0x536464f4) and nothing i try to resolve the problem works, i cant reinstall a windows, i cant get in to any software. my hard drive is just a week old,i recently purchase it to replce a old 148bg hard drive and now my 1tb wd green hard drive is unusable. I REALLY NEED SOME HELP. EMERGENCY!!
