Help - WD Anywhere restore is stuck on

I am trying to restore a backup plan to another PC since my primary PC drive crashed – using a white light world book & WD Anyhere software v4.50.6554.

It gets stuck on the dialog “getting information on backup files” about half way. Is this normal? How long do i need to wait?

AFAIK, the time should be depending on the amount of files that you have on the backup. 

Is this still going?
